Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 7–14 business days for international orders. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs inspections. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes.

5. Delivery Completion

Upon delivery, the correct product and quantity are verified. Customers may be required to sign a receipt or provide digital confirmation of delivery.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests beyond this period may be subject to restocking or processing fees.
