2. Order Confirmation
Service engagements are confirmed through signed agreements detailing scope of work, responsibilities, and service timelines. Rental applications and property purchases are confirmed via documentation and approval notices.
3. Scheduling & Execution
Property management tasks, tenant screenings, and rental listings are scheduled within 48 hours of agreement. Property purchases and acquisitions follow agreed-upon timelines, coordinated with clients and relevant stakeholders.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Tenant applications: 3–5 business days for processing
Property rentals: listed within 48 hours of agreement
Property management: services begin immediately upon agreement activation
5. Completion of Services
All services are verified with reports, signed leases, or closing documents. Clients may be required to acknowledge completion in writing.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Clients may request service modifications in writing. Cancellations are subject to review of contractual obligations and may include applicable fees.
